The IMA is the voice of business in Illinois’ efforts to nurture a 21st century manufacturing workforce. Working alongside top thought leaders in the field of secondary and post-secondary education, the IMA Education Foundation has been become a recognized thought leader in promoting career and technical education that lead to careers in manufacturing. The Employer Training Investment Program administers almost $1.5 million in annual funds to support the development of training and retaining a skilled workforce.
We recognize that finding manufacturing talent is a challenge for almost every manufacturer, and we’re here to make sure that Illinois is the place for business to grow.
